The President of the Court of Appeal, YAA Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Md Raus b Sharif, has informed us that the court vacation of the Court of Appeal of Malaysia is fixed as follows:

6 June 2016 (Monday) to 17 June 2016 (Friday)

MASA REHAT MAHKAMAH RAYUAN MALAYSIA 2016

Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa masa cuti rehat (court vacation) bagi Mahkamah Rayuan Malaysia telah ditetapkan pada tarikh-tarikh berikut:-

a) dari hari Isnin, 06 Jun 2016 sehingga hari Jumaat, 17 Jun 2016  

2.         Semasa cuti rehat berkenaan, Hakim-hakim berikut adalah ditugaskan untuk membicarakan sebarang permohonan yang perlu didengar segera.
