Court Vacation 2018 | Court of Appeal of Malaysia (17 to 31 Dec 2018)
The President of the Court of Appeal, YAA Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Ahmad bin Hj Maarop, has informed us that the upcoming court vacation of the Court of Appeal of Malaysia is fixed as follows:
17 Dec 2018 (Monday) to 31 Dec 2018 (Monday)

SENARAI HAKIM BERTUGAS SEMASA TEMPOH REHAT MAHKAMAH RAYUAN
Saya merujuk kepada perkara di atas.
2. Untuk makluman Yang Arif, Tempoh Rehat Mahkamah Rayuan akan bermula pada 17 Disember 2018 (Isnin) hingga 31 Disember 2018 (Isnin).
3. Semasa tempoh rehat berkenaan, beberapa orang Hakim Mahkamah Rayuan akan bertugas untuk mendengar sebarang permohonan yang perlu didengar segera. Hakim-hakim Mahkamah Rayuan tersebut adalah seperti yang berikut:
- YA Dato’ Tengku Maimun binti Tuan Mat
- YA Dato’ Ahmadi bin Haji Asnawi
- YA Puan Sri Dato’ Zaleha binti Yusof
- YA Datuk Harmindar Singh Dhaliwal
- YA Dato’ Suraya binti Othman
- YA Datuk Wira Kamaludin bin Md. Said
