Discontinuation of the Digital Franking System at LHDN Stamp Duty Counters
We have received a letter from Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (“LHDN”) informing us that the digital franking system at all LHDN stamp duty counters will be discontinued on 30 June 2021.
Starting from 1 July 2021, every application for assessment of stamp duty has to be done via their online STAMPS system.
