The Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) has informed the Malaysian Bar, through a letter dated 28 Feb 2022, that payment of court costs to CCM can be made at any CCM office throughout Malaysia effective from 7 Mar 2022.
Members of the Bar are required to submit two copies of the completed court cost template form (one original and one copy) and a copy of the Court Order together with the payment in the form of cash, law firm cheque, bank draft or money order bearing the name of “SURUHANJAYA SYARIKAT MALAYSIA”.
The original template form and the copy of the Court Order will be kept by CCM, while the copy of the template form will be returned accompanied with an official receipt.
