Amendments to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad:
ACE Market Listing Requirements Relating to ACE Market One-Stop Centre
and
Main Market Listing Requirements Relating to Enhanced Adviser Framework, Submission of Corporate Proposals and Others
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“the Exchange”) has issued the following:
(1) Amendments to the ACE Market Listing Requirements (“ACE LR”) relating to the ACE Market One Stop Centre (“ACE One-Stop Centre Amendments”) together with the relevant Questions-and-Answers (“Q&A”); and
(2) Amendments to the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main LR”) relating to enhanced adviser framework, submission of corporate proposals and other amendments (“Main LR Amendments”) together with the relevant Q&A.
Both amendments took effect from 1 Jan 2022.
