Orders Relating to Exemptions to the Strata Management Act 2013
Please take note of the following Orders, all dated 23 June 2021 and are deemed to have come into operation from 18 Mar 2020 until 30 June 2021:
(1) Strata Management (Exemption to Developer) Order 2021 (P.U. (A) 274);
(2) Strata Management (Exemption to Commissioner of Buildings) Order 2021 (P.U. (A) 275);
(3) Strata Management (Exemption to Management Corporation) Order 2021 (P.U. (A) 276); and
(4) Strata Management (Exemption to Joint Management Body) Order 2021 (P.U. (A) 277).
