To Members of the Malaysian Bar
Mandatory Usage of the Dropbox System at PTG Selangor
Please note that beginning today, 10 June 2020, all submissions of landed and strata transaction documents at the Selangor Land and Mines Office (Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Negeri Selangor, “PTG Selangor”) are solely to be done via the dropbox system.
In this regard, please also be informed that the Bar Council Conveyancing Practice Committee had a second virtual meeting with the PEMUDAH Technical Working Group on Registering Property on 9 June 2020, which saw the participation of representatives from PTG Selangor, PTG Penang, PTG Johor, Selangor Bar Committee and Penang Bar Committee.
On the issue of mandatory payment via bank drafts, we have received confirmation that PTG Selangor is actively working on its online payment system.

Members are advised to get in touch with their respective state bar committees if they face any issues in relation to new developments in their states and district land offices.

Dikemukakan hebahan umum berhubung Tatacara Operasi Perserahan Urusan Pendaftaran Hakmilik (Landed & Strata) Pejabat Tanah & Galian Selangor bermula 10 Jun 2020 (Rabu) untuk perhatian dan tindakan tuan/puan.
