Extension of Time for Transactions Conducted at PPTG NSDK
We have received a letter from Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus (“PPTG NSDK”) dated 5 May 2020 informing us of the extension of time granted for transactions conducted at PPTG NSDK.
Please take note of the requirement of attaching a copy of the above-mentioned letter for late penalty exemption purposes during presentation, which is available here (see page 2).
The letter dated 17 Mar 2020 being referred to (previously circulated via Circular No 069/2020) is available here (see page 3 onwards) for your reference.
