Collection of Documents at PTG Selangor Counter and
Imposition of Penalty for Late Presentation and Late Collection of Documents

We have received a notification from the Selangor Land and Mines Office (Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Selangor, “PTG Selangor”) on 25 Sept 2020, with regard to collection of documents submitted for presentation on or before 18 Sept 2020.

The notification informs that PTG Selangor’s Kaunter Pungutan Hakmilik will be in operations until 5:30 pm from 28 to 30 Sept 2020 (Monday to Wednesday), and firms that have submitted documents for presentation on or before 18 Sept 2020, may collect their documents at the dates mentioned above.

We have also come to know that beginning from 1 Oct 2020 (Thursday), a penalty for late presentation and late collection of documents will be imposed.

OPERASI KAUNTER PUNGUTAN HAKMILIK DI PEJABAT TANAH & GALIAN SELANGOR PADA
28 SEPTEMBER 2020 SEHINGGA 30 SEPTEMBER 2020

Dimaklumkan bahawa kaunter pungutan Hakmilik di Pejabat Tanah & Galian Selangor akan beroperasi sehingga jam 5.30 petang pada 28 September 2020 sehingga 30 September 2020.

Firma boleh memungut dokumen yang diserahkan pada atau sebelum 18 September 2020. Sila bawa bersama surat pungutan (Tanah & Strata) & slip pungutan Smartbox (Strata).
