REGISTRAR OF THE HIGH COURT OF MALAYA’S CIRCULAR NO: 1/2009 – GUIDELINES ON FILING OF DRAFT AND FAIR ORDERS/JUDGMENTS IN COURT PROCEEDINGS IN PENINSULAR MALAYSIA
The Right Honourable Chief Judge of Malaya has issued the above Circular in order to expedite the issuance of draft and fair orders/judgments for cases in the High Court, Session Courts and Magistrate Courts in Peninsular Malaysia.
Kindly be informed that this Circular is only in respect of orders/judgments which are issued by the Court on and after
1 April 2009.

attached herewith for your attention.
